For over a decade, Taylor Swift and Ye—formerly known as Kanye West—have been engaged in one of the most closely watched feuds in the music industry. The dislike between the two artists flares up every now and then, and audiences love to watch them fight.

Swift and Ye are back, but in a roundabout way. They’re not trading jabs in the press or talking about each other in songs. Instead, the two superstars are both battling it out for the top spot on Advertising boards albums chart, and a winner will be announced in a few days… although it seems almost certain that one of them will end up at the top.

Ye released his latest album Vultures 2 on Saturday (August 3). The collaborative project with Ty Dolla $ign came out after a months-long delay and marks the second part of their Vultures series, which they launched this year. The two musicians were certainly hoping for their latest work to debut at No. 1, but that seems unlikely.

HitsDailyDouble predicts that Vultures 2 will debut at No. 2 on the Billboard 200. The music industry publication reports that the title will debut with approximately 68,000 equivalent units.

Swift will almost certainly maintain her hold on the Billboard 200 when the chart is re-released. Right now, she dominates with The Tormented Poets Departmentwhich returns this frame to the top. The bestseller has now ruled the charts for 13 non-consecutive frames, and it looks like a fourteenth is likely in the cards.

HitsDailyDouble reports that The Tormented Poets Department will remain at No. 1 again, and it won’t be a close race. Swift’s latest full-length could sell another 125,000 units.

Impressive, The Tormented Poets Department could sell as many copies as Vultures 2 will move total units in its first week. That means Ye and $ign’s new effort, combined with sales and streaming activity, could only match Swift’s sales numbers, excluding streams.

When Swift stops Vultures 2 of her No. 1 debut, she will end Ye’s winning streak. He has had his last 11 albums start at the top of the Billboard 200. The rapper is currently tied with Jay-Z for the second-longest unbroken streak of No. 1 starts on the chart, trailing only Swift.
