Thanks to a grant from the Pennsylvania Kiwanis Foundation, nurses at three Pennsylvania schools will soon have access to additional much-needed supplies to help students and the communities they work in.

The $3,000 grant will be split between the Kiwanis clubs of Palmyra, Annville and Lebanon, with $1,000 going to each. The money will be used to purchase essential items, such as a supply of emergency clothing and personal hygiene products, for students in need.

“We really appreciate your thoughts and support,” Courtney Fackler, a nurse with the Palmyra School District, said in a press release.
